Cécile Cremer

Owner, Founder, and Lead at Wandering the Future

Think ahead. Move first. Lead the future.

Cécile Cremer is a futurist, trend expert, and innovation designer with a relentless drive to shape a better tomorrow. At 19, she faced Hodgkin Lymphoma, a defining experience that fueled her determination to not just think about the future but actively create it. During her treatment, she made a deal with herself: her life’s mission would be to build a future worth looking forward to. This mindset still drives everything she does today.

A future worth building

Understanding the dynamics of change and what they mean for the world ahead.

She was one of the first in Europe to graduate with a recognized bachelor’s degree in International Trend Research and Innovation Concept Design. But more than credentials, Cécile has a unique gift: making future resilience, literacy, and strategic foresight accessible, actionable, and impactful.

She has taken the stage at over 100 (inter)national events, from TEDx to the UAE Ministry of Education, and made history as the first female and youngest president of LaFutura Global Trend Network. But her work goes beyond speaking, she’s a builder, a thinker, and a doer.

We don’t predict. We empower.
We don’t just inspire. We equip.
We don’t follow the future. We make it work for you.

About people

Bold strategies and tangible solutions

In 2014, she founded Wandering The Future, a future-thinking agency that translates global trends into bold strategies and tangible solutions. She has worked with renowned brands like Volkswagen, Adhlal Saudi Arabia, and AIRBUS, always advocating for a democratic approach to futurism-one that isn’t reserved for a privileged few, but empowers everyone to navigate and shape the future.

For Cécile, the future isn’t just about technology or trends, it’s about people. Understanding what drives real change, addressing human needs, and closing the knowledge gap between today and tomorrow are at the core of her work. She believes future-thinking isn’t a luxury, it’s a skill that belongs to everyone.

Her mission? To create a future that is not just happier, healthier, and more sustainable, but truly hopeful.
